Club News & Announcements
From the President
President Joe welcomed everyone to our latest meeting, held at Stoneforge on Thursday, April 26, 2018.

Our tree planting scheduled for the April 26th meeting has been postponed to a later date due to weather. Stay tuned.

There will be a Board of Directors meeting thus Thursday, May 3, directly following our weekly meeting.

The flyer for Pancake and Family Fun Day is the header on this week's mascot. It has also been added to the Rotary Website (https://portal.clubrunner.ca/5096) as a downloadable file. Please post, distribute, and share widely!

Guests
You can bring a guest to a Rotary meeting!
This week we welcomed:
  • Visiting Rotarian, Darrell Carlson

Last Week's Speaker
Without the tree planting last week's meeting became a working meeting for Pancake and Family Fun Day. This event will take place June 23 from 10-4 at Taunton High School. The flyer is ready. Please distribute! We need to work hard on selling ads. This year we are trying the placemat style vs. the ad booklet.

Ed Fowler shared and England program update. We are looking to send two youth to Taunton, England this summer. A few applications are out. If you know of anyone interested, have them send in an application. It's a great opportunity!

President Joe shared his survey results about meetings times and types of meetings. If you didn't get a copy, please reach out to Joe.
