...Ed Fowler gave a fascinating presentation on items recovered from historic shipwrecks, offering a unique glimpse into the past through the artifacts left behind. He shared remarkable examples, including silver coins from El Cazador, a Spanish treasure ship lost in 1784; a piece of coal from the Titanic, the infamous ocean liner that sank in 1912; and a dollar bill from the Andrea Doria, which collided with another ship off the coast of Nantucket in 1956.
Ed always shares his collection in such an informative and entertaining way, that we can't wait to have him again and thank him for filling in on such short notice! Ed appreciation photos below!
John had 10 Happy Bucks to share that he’s going to be a grandfather—congratulations, John!
Jen had two Happy Bucks. First, she’s proud to announce that Cassandra is graduating from law school in May and will be taking the bar exam in Massachusetts. Second, she won a fun office contest—with a prize of having the losing team had to wash the winners’ cars and buy them lunch.
