President Carol reminded the club that the meeting on the 15th is the last meeting of the club before the two-week holiday break. We're hoping to have the raffle tickets sold for a drawing after the holidays, so make one more push to sell your tickets and then bring back all the stubs so we can have the drawing. This fundraiser is to support our Scholarship Fund, and we want to make it a great success!
December 8th was the Annual Christmas Luncheon at Taunton High School and the Children's Christmas Party at Pilgrim Church. Thanks to all who made both of these events possible.

Business Development: The second original reason for Rotary's beginning is business development. Everyone needs to network. Rotary consists of a cross section of every business community. Its members come from all walks of life. Rotarians help each other and collectively help others.

Leadership Development: Rotary is an organization of leaders and successful people. Serving in Rotary positions is like a college education. Leadership: - learning how to motivate, influence, and lead leaders.

At the December 8th meeting, the club came together for the Annual Christmas Luncheon at Taunton High School. Many thanks to Ed Fowler for organizing this event. We also enjoyed the sounding of the Rotary horn thanks to Lou Ricciardi and an excellent concert by the Taunton High School Select Chorus.
Our next meeting will be on December 15th, back at the Stoneforge. Joe Mitchell is our Program Chair for the day and we will be hearing a presentation from Karen Ennis, Executive Director, Triumph Inc.
