Next Meeting: April 9, 2026
12:00 p.m. at Pilgrim Church
Club News & Announcements
Our most recent club meeting was held on April 2 and led by Past President Joe Mitchell. We welcomed George's guest, Sue Farley, as well as our guest speaker, Tali Russell.
Next week, we will be meeting for lunch at the Pilgrim Church, on Broadway, for our Million Dollar Meal. Chefs Bob and Barbara Hunt are preparing chowder for us to enjoy. We do need donations of beverages and individually-sized desserts. Thanks to everyone who makes this event possible!
Also, as we head into the final months of the Rotary year, we are looking ahead to the next one. If you would like to learn more about becoming an officer or serving on the board, please reach out to Ed, Bob, or Jen. Ed will begin filling up our slate of proposed officers soon.
The 2026 Rotary Scholarship Application is now live! It can be downloaded right from our website.
Family Fun Day Dave's Fundraising Update: We're up over $14,000!

At Our Most Recent Meeting...
...we welcomed Tali Russell, Community Outreach and Relations Specialist for the Taunton Performing Arts Center (TPAC). Tali shared how TPAC is working to create a welcoming, inclusive space where people of all ages can connect through the performing arts, with a mission centered on educating, inspiring, and building community. They have a busy calendar of shows and youth fashion camps, and are always looking to connect with people interested in being both on stage and working behind the scenes. To learn more and get involved, you can visit: https://thetpac.org/
Zulmira had a Happy buck for Tali joining us today; a happy buck for celebrating 40 years at AHS; also a buck to celebrate AHS’s 35 years as a member of the Taunton Chamber.
Carol had a buck for her granddaughter, Kirstin, who will be a junior at Bridgewater State University next year and can begin more hands-on medical research in the lab.
Dave had 20 happy bucks for a big hockey win—his son's league championship after a 3–2 double overtime finish!
George had 3 happy bucks: one was to pay off a happy buck debt, one was for celebrating his retirement party at the bank, and one was because he was happy to be at the meeting.
Jen had a Happy Buck that her youngest, James, turned 21 on Sunday.
Mike C. had a buck to share that the Cooperative Production Annual Gala is on May 14—everyone is invited.
Will had a buck for George on his retirement; sad to miss the Interact dinner but glad the tradition continues; proud that Julia secured a competitive summer job as a data analyst.
Ed had a Happy Buck from a recent regional coin show where he found more Taunton notes. And he had a buck because he was looking forward to another show in New Hampshire.
Joe had a Happy buck for Bob and a great day at a Providence Bruins game.
