Here is the info if you know someone who may be a sponsor:
Use this Sponsorship Ask to start the conversation. If interested, a business can learn more and select their level with the Sponsorship Form. If they are interested, but looking for a smaller commitment, share the Ad Form.
These forms can all be found on our club website, and will continue to be linked in this space through the event! Please keep Dave in the loop as you secure sponsors and ads. And be sure to reach out with any questions. Our fundraising goal is only possible if everyone participates in the process!
At our most recent meeting...
...we heard about all of Dave's hard work in support of Family Fun Day. Since our last meeting, Taunton High Culinary has pulled out. We may try to grab another truck, or we'll just go with the Cheesy Chicks.
We've added a second school bus shuttle to handle all overflow parking. T-shirts were available for those who need one, and we will have some for Interact students who volunteer. PR is up and running! We have raised $14,750 out of our minimum of $16,000. Drop dead date is May 28. Please rack your brains for who can help us meet our minimum!
Zulmira had a "Get Well Soon" buck for Carol Sullivan and a "Get Well Soon" buck for Dan LeBrun.
Jen had a buck for all the mothers and hoped they had a lovely Mother's Day. She added a buck in support of the Kiwanis Club event coming up!
Joe had a buck for reaching out to Julie Ochs and hearing she is doing well. He put in a buck on her behalf.
Ed had a buck for all his years of training making pancakes for Rotary as he had 8 hours of volunteer pancake making for Seekonk Youth Soccer recently.
