Announcements

A reminder that our next regular club meeting will be on April 15. Immediately following that meeting will be the Board of Directors meeting, to which all members are invited.

Both committees for the 100th celebrations and Family Fun Day met recently. Plans are moving along for both.

Good news from the Interact Club--they met their recent fundraiser goal and 7 BioSand filters will be purchased through Water for Cambodia. You can learn more about BioSand filters and how they are used in Cambodia here.

A reminder that the District Conference is coming up. It will be virtual this year, and so a great opportunity to attend from home if you have never been able to attend before.

Carol shared Rotarian-related news from recent weeks.

Finally. the club came together to offer our support, prayers, and best wishes for Claire Fowler and her family as she is facing some challenging medical news in recent days.

At our most recent meeting...

At our most recent meeting, we welcomed Ryan McEniff of Minute Women Home Care.

Minute Women Home Care is a premium non-medical service provider that enables clients to live at home with dignity and respect by assisting with their activities of daily living. Minute Women Home Care supports families in their mission to allow their parents to age-in-place rather than transition to a nursing facility.

Ryan spoke to the club about senior care, changes brought on by the pandemic, and what the future may hold for this rapidly expanding medical field. Thanks to Ryan for his informative and friendly presentation.
