President Bob Rezendes led our club's January 13, 2022 Zoom meeting off with a rousing rendition of 'God Bless America' followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Jody Fiore gave the invocation. After the opening formalities President Bob gave Rotary updates on Club issues, various reports, the recent Board Meeting and upcoming events. President Bob asked Julie Ochs to introduce her guest Charles Dennise.

The Taunton Rotary Club will continue meeting via Zoom until sometime in February or until further notice.
At our most recent meeting...
Zulmira Allcock introduced Marcia Szymanski from New Hope. Marcia gave a poignant talk regarding the myriad of issues that New Hope deals with on a daily basis such as domestic violence, sex abuse, safety concerns and victims. New Hope also deals with child abuse, sex trafficking, and computer stalking issues. New Hope's service area includes the greater Attleboro and Taunton areas along with numerous cities and towns in Massachusetts. President Bob thanked Marcia for addressing our Club with such eye-opening information.
Happy and Sad Bucks were donated by Joe Mitchell, Willitts Mendonca and Zulmira Allcock most of which dealt with the recent cold snap and the COVID pandemic.
