Next Meeting: May 5th (Apr 29, 2022)

President Bob gave the membership some updates and information regarding Club activities:

Next week our meeting will be a dinner meeting at 5:30 at The Pearl with the Interact Club.
The following week, on May 12, we will meet at Pilgrim Church for the Million Dollar Meal
The District Conference is also coming up. It will be at the Sea Crest in Falmouth, May 5-7, and DG Roberts has been and will be sending information and registration details via email.
Save the Date for Family Fun Day! June 11 (rain date June 12), 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at Camp Riverside.

Joe Mitchell shared a Rotary Foundation Minute.

Johnny B. passed the Family Fun Day volunteer sheet.

We welcomed Steven Turner of the Taunton Police Department . Steve shared a number updates about his work, in particular with the Taunton Opiate and Substance Use Task Force. We thank him for joining us, and for all of his work for our community!

Katie had five happy dollars for Joanne.
Johnny B had a happy buck for Katie on WBZ, Joanne back at a meeting, and 3 for all the Rotary spellers at the TASC Spelling Bee.
Shavon had a thank you dollar for everyone who helped make the TASC Spelling Bee a success.
Dave C. had a happy buck for our guest speaker, and for another $1000 raised this week for Family Fun Day.
Steve Turner had a thank you buck for asking him to speak at today's meeting.
Joanne had a happy buck for her warm welcome.
Rick Thetonia (Joanne's guest) was happy to be at the meeting and to meet everyone.
Zulmira had a thank you buck for the spelling bee support, a happy buck for our guest, and a sad buck for having to leave early.

Julie had five happy bucks for Joanne, the spelling bee, and her successful Earth Day event recently.
