Club News & Announcements

Our most recent Rotary meeting was held at Stoneforge on October 5. President Joe ran the meeting.

We welcomed one guest, Joe's colleague at Bluestone Bank to this week's meeting.

Joe thanked everyone who attended our monthly, evening fellowship meeting at Brack's.  A reminder that the next evening fellowship meeting will be October 26 at Berkley Beer Company.

This year, the Rotary Foundation Dinner is going to be a Foundation luncheon. District leadership emailed information about tickets, and if there is interest, let Joe know and we can put a group of Taunton Rotarians together.

DG Angela Ponte also emailed about Youth Exchange applications. If you know someone who could benefit from this program, feel free to reach out to Joe.

The District Governor is also looking for Nominations for the District Governor for Rotary Year '26-'27.

The Interact Club: is busy as always! They are planning to volunteer at the Liberty &  Union Festival, and the City of Taunton Truck or Treat, as well as run their Coins for Cambodia in the coming weeks.

There will be a Board meeting tonight (10/10). The Board is expected to attend, and club members are invited to attend. If you are not on the board, you'll need a Zoom link and can request one from Joe.

Our speaker was Sara Triutt, Program Manager at the Taunton Family Resource Center. She shared information about the organization and her goals for the programming that they offer to the community. To learn more, you can visit their website, and we thank Sara for joining us!
