At our most recent meeting, held on November 30th, President Joe presided over our Club's meeting which was held at the Old Colony History Museum.
President Joe passed the cauldron twice for collections to support the Head Start Christmas Party and the tip for our servers at Stone Forge. We'll collect for the tip again if you'd still like to contribute.
Lights On took place on December 2nd and Rotary was there passing out water. It was great to get out into the community and we look forward to doing so again in the future.
The Christmas Concert and Lunch at Taunton High will take place on December 7th. We will be in a different location that year's past, but THS students will be there to escort us! You can park in the back by the field house, head for The Presentation Room, and we'll be gone before the buses leave.
Also, on December 7th we will have our annual Children's Christmas party in partnership with Head Start at Pilgrim Church. Set-up will start at 4:30.
The scratch ticket raffle is back! Everyone is getting 5 tickets to sell, but you are encouraged to sell as many as possible!
Pancake and Family Fun Day has been confirmed for June 16th--mark your calendars!
At our most recent meeting, Katie MacDonald led a hearty group around Downtown Taunton the Liberty & Union Walking Tour. After learning about some of the social, political, and residential landmarks from throughout the city's part, we stopped in at DeVito's for a delicious pizza lunch. Thanks to all who braved the chilly weather!
