District Governor Charlene Jarest will be joining us at this week's meeting, August 27 at 12 pm. In addition to sharing her thoughts on the coming Rotary year, she will assist in the installation of our 2020-2021 Board of Directors and Officers. 

Carol reported on the completion of the backpack service project. 18 backpacks were donated to 4 local organizations. Thanks again to everyone who donated. 

Membership Chair Julie reported that she enjoyed the "Building Rotary Membership" seminar held recently. There will be another event on September 16th, and any Rotarian interested in participating is encouraged to get in touch with Julie. 

 

A reminder that the Club is looking for speakers who are comfortable presenting via Zoom. If you have someone in mind, please reach out to Dan or Zulmira.  

 

And a reminder to be on the lookout for Annual Dues invoices, sent via email. $200 is due and can be sent to the Club's P.O. Box or directly to Maureen.
