Katie invited everyone to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the raising of the Liberty & Union flag this weekend at the OCHM.

Zulmira asked everyone to think about possible speakers. She is happy to coordinate if you send her contact info. Right now we need a speaker for 10/31, 11/21, and beyond.

This week's meeting is a night meeting at 5:30. We'll be meeting at 2Jerks BBQ.

Interact News:

The Interact Club sends their thanks for such an awesome response to their request for candy from our club. A reminder: on October 26th the Interact Club will be participating in the City of Taunton’s annual ‘Trunk or Treat’ event distributing candy. Their e-board has asked if members of our Rotary Club could consider donating candy and help the Interact Club avoid the need to purchase any candy for this event. We are still accepting candy if you can bring it to a Rotary meeting. We will get it to the Interact Club!

Ed had a sad buck for a client and dear friend who lost 3 siblings in 3 weeks. He added a happy buck for his daughter's birthday today. She was diagnosed with leukemia at age 6 and is now 42.
John D. was really happy that the Department of Defense published rules on cyber security that have been in limbo for a number of years.
