President Joe said the Interact Club charter night went very well. District Governor Kristine David and THS Asst. Principal Elizabeth Rodriguez were in attendance. Thanks to Kit, Carol, John, Dan and all others who attended. Rich V. mentioned that he is proud that his son is a member of the Interact Club and he thought the installation went well.

Rotary Lottery ticket sale is ongoing. Tickets are $10/per and the prize is $1000 in $10 tickets. Each member is asked to sell at least 10 tickets.

Did you know that your happy and sad bucks help the club make a donation to the Rotary Foundation?

Rich V.was happy to go to the Old Colony YMCA breakfast last week.
Stephanie M. was happy that a lot of people came to the YMCA breakfast.
Dave C. thought the Interact Charter night was excellent. It was a special night that made you proud to be a Rotarian.
Will M. said it was his proudest moment as a Rotarian.
Ed F. was sad that he missed the program but was glad that his dad survived a serious health scare. "Dr." Ed shared some clinical details of the health crisis that made us all think a little bit.
Joe M. wished all the members in the Spelling Bee good luck and Joe noted that he was going to the Celtics game against Memphis.

Ebay to donate share of Live Auctions proceeds to Rotary

Rotary members, their families and friends can support Rotary’s work by bidding on antiques, artwork, jewelry, and collectibles through eBay Live Auctions events.

Each month, Rotary will promote on its social media outlets a set of upcoming Live Auctions events, and eBay, the world’s largest auction website, will donate a portion of all sale proceeds from those events to Rotary.

Live Auctions events enable buyers to participate in auctions across the United States -- held at such auction houses as Sotheby’s, Swann, and Freeman’s -- without leaving home. Under this proceeds-sharing agreement, only U.S. auction sales are eligible.

Carol Sullivan and Kit Tunney were the presenters of this year's Spelling Bee. Jody Fiore captained the winning team. Here are the words that humbled the members:
