Our most recent Rotary meeting was held at Stoneforge on November 16. President Joe ran the meeting.
We welcomed Barbara Hunt as a guest and Visiting Rotarian Rock Conti.
We are collecting donations for the Children's Christmas party and for our server Matt's holiday gratuity. Please bring cash to a meeting. If you cannot give in person, please use Venmo or send a check to PO Box 344, Taunton, MA 02780. If you use Venmo please add a note so we know where to record the donation. Thank you!
Will gave an Interact update, and the kids are looking for volunteer opportunities should anyone have ideas!
Upcoming Events:
The Taunton High Holiday Lunch & Concert will be on Wednesday, December 6. (Yes, Wednesday!). Please arrive just before noon so we can eat and enjoy the concert with the THS Select Chorus.
The Head Start Children's Christmas Party will be held on Thursday, December 7 at 5:30 at Pilgrim Church.
At our most recent meeting...
...we welcomed Taunton Public Schools Superintendent John Cabral who gave a great update on the state of public schools, as well as his passion for urban education, Bristol County, and his desire to keep the best and brightest in Bristol County after graduation.
It's always a pleasure to welcome Superintendent Cabral to a meeting!

Happy & Sad Bucks
Bob Hunt was happy for his 47th anniversary!
Will had a happy buck for our speaker, and for Harry Rose.
Shavon had a happy buck for TASC's relationship with the TPS, and a happy buck for her grandbaby who was recently Student of the Month! She had a sad buck that her husband's car was stolen!
Zulmira had a happy buck for our speaker, a happy buck for the AHS wine tasting in its new venue, and a thank you buck to everyone who was able to attend,
Carol Sullivan had a happy buck for our new flag, a happy buck for the great time she had at the AHS wine tasting, and a happy buck for her granddaughter who made the basketball team-- so not done with HS sports yet!
Dan had a happy buck for his grandsons sporting heroics, and a happy buck for starting up music again at church.
Dick had a happy buck for the PRIDE crew who came and cleaned up his yard. They did an awesome job.
Ed had a happy buck for our speaker, for the High School hosting our Christmas party, and a buck for his oldest granddaughter who was recruited for a softball team.
Joe had a happy buck for our speaker and all the help he has offered our club.
