At our most recent meeting. Thursday, March 1, 2018, the club participated in Read Across America Day at Hopewell School. NEA's Read Across America is an annual reading motivation and awareness program that calls for every child in every community to celebrate reading on March 2, the birthday of beloved children's author Dr. Seuss.
President Joe Livingston has sent a survey to members of the club. Please fill it out so Joe can gather the info.
This week's meeting will be at Marian Manor for a breakfast meeting starting at 8 a.m.
Please note: A Celebration of the life of Philip S. Robertson will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Pilgrim Congregational Church, 45 Broadway, Taunton, MA with a reception to follow downstairs in the Fellowship Hall. |
