At our most recent meeting...

...we enjoyed a presentation on TASC Career Mentoring from Cochise Pearson of Associates for Human Services. If anyone is interested in being a career mentor, or knows of someone who may be, reach out to Shavon or Cochise and they'd be happy to share more information.
Guest speaker Cochise Pearson and Rotary Club of Taunton President Bob Rezendes

Happy/Sad Bucks

  • Michael had a happy buck for a nice day of college tours in Boston with his son.
  • Dick had a sad buck for friends who are jut about to head south to where their home used to be in Fort Myers. He was glad to spend some distracting time with them at the Fryeburg Fair before having to take that on.
  • Shavon had a happy buck for having Cochise Pearson as our speaker today.
  • John had a happy buck for his four year Rotary anniversary. He also had a buck for his son who, after being stung by a bee at school, tried to the play the "I'm allergic" card to get out of school! (He is fine and not allergic!)
  • Dan had a happy buck for his grandson who had his third straight game with a goal in soccer this fall.
  • Mike had a sad buck for Ed who has COVID and Claire who then got COVID. We join him in sending our good thoughts.
  • Kelsey had a happy buck for Libby joining today's meeting and another for recently becoming an aunt for the first time.
  • Julie had a happy buck that hurricane Ian is gone, and that the conference she had planned to attend in Orlando was rescheduled.
  • Cochise had a happy buck for being at our meeting and for making good connections!
