The Taunton Rotary Club will continue meeting via Zoom until sometime in February or until further notice.

We welcomed Rotarian Richard Conti, Chair of the Taunton Board of Assessors who shared a presentation on "How Taunton is Changing."
Dave C. had a happy New Year Buck (first meeting in a few weeks). He also had a buck for recently enjoying a Celtics game with one son and a Bruins game with younger son. He also added a sad buck for his friends' 7-year old daughter who is battling MIS-C, a post-COVID syndrome that put her in critical condition at Children's Hospital.
Will M. added some Rotary Foundation info to Joe's Minute. He also shared that the Interact Board is interested in a dinner, but they don't want to do the Presentation Room at the High School.
Dan L. had a happy buck for Bob's birthday. He was also happy to see Rich Conti, happy that grandson loves basketball and got to jump in a game with Dave's son, and happy to see Gloria at the meeting. And then later, was happy to share that his Alma Mater, Providence College, is ranked in to 15 in the country in basketball.
Joe Mitchell had a buck for Jackie Theis and George Mendros joining us.
Julie had a happy buck for all the January birthdays and a happy buck for the good turnout today.
Bob also had a happy buck for the turnout. He was also happy for the Men's Basketball team at Bristol being 10-1 and ranked #15 in NGACC.
Shavon added a sad buck that Bob kicked her out of a Bristol basketball game last week due to the current Covid-related no spectators rule.
