Will shared a flyer regarding Junion Achievement, which has had great success at Elizabeth Pole school. They are looking for volunteers this year, and if you know of anyone, send them to Will.
Ed shared that the Christmas Party at Taunton High School is scheduled for the first Thursday in December. Start thinking about any guests who you may be inviting as we'll have a sign-up sheet going around before you know it.

At our most recent meeting, Zulmira was the Program Chair and she invited Karen Ennis to speak to the club. Karen Ennis is the Executive Director of Triumph, which offers Head Start, Early Head Start & Early Childcare Programs to children and families in Great Taunton. Triumph supports the education, well-being, and self-sufficiency of young children and their families through high-quality early childhood programs and community engagement. She shared some of their current struggles as our community deals with the opioid crisis and rising rates of homelessness. She also shared some of her success stories like the success in vaccination rates and dental service rates among the children she serves. Ed had a buck for seeing pumpkins smashed at Seekonk Speedway.
Joe M. was happy to be back from traveling recently.
Will had a "thank you" buck for the JA announcement. He also had a buck for his oldest daughter, only in 8th grade, who ran with the varsity cross country team last week!
Dan L. had a buck for his grandson, who after a less-than-stellar career as a 5-year old soccer player, had a great game last weekend as a 6-year old soccer player, scoring a goal and being a defensive wall in the backfield.
Zulmira had a buck for Karen joining us as our speaker.
John D. also had a buck for a fun afternoon at the Seekonk Speedway.
Dave C. had 5 bucks. 1. A not happy buck about Joe's attire. 2. Go Pats. 3. Great to see Ed t the Seekonk Speedway 4. Happy for the most recent board meeting, which was the best one he has been a part of with great discussion. 5. an "I hope the Giants lose" buck.
Joe L. had a happy dollar for his attire. He also had a happy dollar for his 7th wedding anniversary. And he is excited for the ongoing Rugby World Cup--go Scotland.
Dave (again) added a buck for his disappointment that Joe didn't bring his levitating Giants helmet to the meeting.
Joanne had 2 bucks. The first was happy for a two-week vacation she is taking. The second is a scared buck for the first two-week vacation she is taking in 5 years.
Jackie had a happy buck and reiterated that the board meeting on Tuesday was great and she looks forward to the next one.
Julie had two bucks. The first was a "looking forward to it" buck for the Vibrant Club workshop. The second was a happy buck that her recent trip to Atlanta went as well as possible under the circumstances.
Darrell added a couple of bucks for his grandkids' birthdays in September and October as they turn 2 and 5.
Carol was happy to see her 13-year old granddaughter's softball game.
